Host was great very cozy place to relax after the tourist hustle and bustle on boracay stations very guud wifi and monkeys .the place hv a great pool and jacuzzi only difficulty I had was going up to the third floor cos I had bypass but the host himself took my luggage up and I would not use the recommended boracay activity coordinator July the bargaining outside is much cheaper then wat he offers

The place is quiet and cozy, about 10 min drive (via etric) to the busy shore. Melody was very accommodating and provided us with travel rips, and even weather updates. She was also very kind to help us with our luggages. We were greeted by a monkey in the balcony on our first day, which was fun haha

No elevators in the building, and the unit is in 3rd floor, so you might want to store some energy for the long hike up the stairs. The beds have spring, so it tends to be bouncy if someone in the bed moves (apparently my parents were not able to sleep well because the bed was very springy). Also i hope they consider changing the dishwashing sponge for every new guest (we had to use this old brown sponge to wash the dishes).

Lovely apartment and very helpful/responsive host. Great location for beautiful Puka beach. The minor issues we had were attended to very quickly. Loved the monkey visits (doors closed!!) and the peace and quiet surroundings. Thanks for a great stay.

Need to pay for pool and shuttles as this is a privately managed unit. Not really a problem given the savings on accommodation. 62 stairs to climb (kids counted each time 😀) so that's something to be aware of.

It's a good value for money and a good option for those travelling with family. It's quite away from the main beach and the crowd but it's very near Puka beach, just a walking distance. The caretaker, Melody is very helpful and assisted us with all our needs. She gave us a lot of info where to go, prices and more.

Nothing. It's a good place to stay.

Ate melody is very helpful. The house is superb with complete cooking wares.

Too bad that property does not offer ride services to airbnb guest. Its too hard to walk up hill and down hill to get a ride at rhe front gate.
