What we liked the most is how accommodating David and Melody are. They are quick to assist to our needs and gave us alot of info about the island and things to do.

We came at typhoon season. So wasn't able to enjoy the beach maximally. Lucky the pool was nice.

Place was so nice especially the pool and quiet place. David and Melody they’re friendly,accomodating and answered right away if we have question. Melody she direct us where place to go and how much the E-trike supposedly pay. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Alta Vista. The unit was clean and cozy with all the amenities that we needed. Ate Melody was very accommodating. She made sure that all our requests were attended to. Thank you.

The unit is a little bit far from the beach in stations, but it’s near Puka beach. Good thing ate and the guards taught us on how to save transportation cost.

"Exceptional"

The unit was the perfect size for my family, and everything we needed was already there. It was nice and quiet ( how I like it). The caretaker, Melody, made sure we were well taken care of and well-informed as well ( warnings about the monkeys).Alta Vista is quite far from the main beach and restaurants, so transportation and delivery fees can be on the expensive side, but it won't break the bank. Just try to talk to the people around you, and you'll find that there are lots of cheaper options to go around the island.

We were warned about them, and this is not the owner's fault , not even in their control. But some monkeys can be very aggressive. Don't be stupid, and just stay away from them. They're not worth your insta post.( The photo of the monkey was taken from inside )
