Location central for everything we required

Up 4 flights of stairs and lift not working hard for 2 pensioners in their mid 70s. Person sleeping rough in the doorway.

Confusion about key codes to get into building and having to contact company for WiFi code...

It had everything I needed. It was comfy for one or two people. The perfect facilities. It had a nice design. Great location close to the shops and right in the town.

It wasn't the cleanest. There was dust everywhere. On the countertops, on the bed, on the table. Every time a bus pulled up at the bus stop, the whole room shakes. You really have to be there to believe it. I used the washing machine in the building and it ruined my clothes and left them with this disgusting gunk on them. Nothing was done about this. It hadn't been cleaned/serviced so all the dirt and buildup was now on my clothes that I paid to clean. I had some issues with a neighbour being drunk but that's nothing to do with the building. The owner reassured me they would be moving out. I think for the holding fee they take this place should be much nicer.

Central location and close to my office

Noise from other flats. One of 2 windows was broken and couldn’t be opened, the other would only partially open. No grill tray in oven and ice box in fridge frozen shut (clearly not been defrosted for some time). Previous flat I stayed in within this property had an iron and ironing board, this one didn’t. The noise was incredible…internally from other residents, and externally from traffic etc.

Room was far too hot- no fans available. Lift broken. Very small. Shower tiny and temperamental- very hot or cold. Place wasnt clean either

The location

The noise outside regarding recycling 6am, no air conditioning, cleanliness throughout, bathroom needs updating, storage heater needs updating! Extension leads plotted everywhere (trip hazard and doggy) Tv by the cooker that is a huge fire risk The idea of everything being turned off by the switch before entering the accommodation (like the fridge) it was not cold enough for our drinks/snacks Wanted an early check- in as requested, (11-12) it was then accepted, i then received a message stating that it was unavailable and could not accept early check ins due to availability! This then caused plans to be delayed by 4 hours! The Value for money was no where near as good as it should be! Also a later check out should be offered Also asking for a deposit of £150 before entering or gaining access was unreasonable, this should only be charged if damage or a nuisance was reported or caused! Also all the codes to gain access to the property was not necessary and all the contents messages I received was not ideal as I had to scroll through everything to find what was needed this caused confusion (this needs to be all in one place) this then caused me to have an anxiety attack in the property
