Ikkunoista veti ja palelimme huoneessa. Sijoittamalla parempiin ikkunoihin Englannissa säästettäisiin paljon energiakuluissa.

Good position, nice little studio. When we had a problem with the sink plug, which was broken when we arrived, I phoned Hopewell at about 9pm. I was surprised when someone answered (at 2nd attempt). The lady was very helpful, and the plug was replaced the bext day. Very good service !

The radiator controls were difficult to understand. Luckily weather was good. There is only 1 soft chair, 2 would be much better. Similarly, (we think) there should be a table and light on each side of the bed. The bedside table was wobbly, and needed a wedge under 1 leg. The light flickered, the bulb might need replacing. But overall, it's a nice place

Posizione ottima e centrale.

No breakfast, great location , clean comfy room, windows opened fine, street outside a bit noisy. Difficult to see numbers on door keypad in the dark shining a torch, easy in daylight.

Clearer numbers on outside door keypad, easier to get key

la poca sicurezza. quando abbiamo lasciato le chiavi per il check-out, nello stanzino della spazzatura c’era un senzatetto che dormiva a terra oltre che un odore sgradevole (segno che la spazzatura non veniva buttata da giorni) -> scarsa igiene
