Tres bon sejour

Had minor issues with check-in however when I called the Staff, they were responsive and prompt to help and the issue was resolved quickly. The property was bigger than I expected very spacious, it was reasonably clean and very comfortable. I was especially grateful for the fan which came with the property because it was really hot this weekend.

On arrival, the elevator wasn’t working, my room was on the very top floor which was inconvenient however not a major issue

Location central for everything we required

Up 4 flights of stairs and lift not working hard for 2 pensioners in their mid 70s. Person sleeping rough in the doorway.

Location and facilities

Confusion about key codes to get into building and having to contact company for WiFi code...

It had everything I needed. It was comfy for one or two people. The perfect facilities. It had a nice design. Great location close to the shops and right in the town.

It wasn't the cleanest. There was dust everywhere. On the countertops, on the bed, on the table. Every time a bus pulled up at the bus stop, the whole room shakes. You really have to be there to believe it. I used the washing machine in the building and it ruined my clothes and left them with this disgusting gunk on them. Nothing was done about this. It hadn't been cleaned/serviced so all the dirt and buildup was now on my clothes that I paid to clean. I had some issues with a neighbour being drunk but that's nothing to do with the building. The owner reassured me they would be moving out. I think for the holding fee they take this place should be much nicer.
