All facilities I needed were in the apartment

Check in wasn't straightforward. A key for another apartment was left in the key box. After a,long journey the last thing you need is problems accessing your apartment.

Excellent location, and furnishings etc.

I could not work out how to control the heat - the plug-in heater did not seem to be working. Rather cold in the apartment.

It was disgusting, blood stains on bed sheets, very thin duvet, uncomfortable mattress. The place was filthy, there were drugs and clothing on the floor at the entrance. The key pad was hard to use as the numbers had worn off. The curtain was by the radiator and was a fire hazard. The pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty and unusable. The shower head was filthy. The worst place I have ever stayed at.

The TV and lps were hung at an angle. There were hardly any cutlery in the kitchen. Dirty everywhere and blood stains on the bed sheets. Very noisy outside which made it hard to sleep. Drugs and clothing by entrance.

The bed was good and the cooking facilities were good

The heater was always not heating sometimes, and the phone number to reach wasn't picked often when I called.

Not clean and not safe

Good kitchen and location

Lift not working, lots of condensation from metal window frames. New numbers need adding to entry keypad
