incredible poor service and management. I have done the payment through Booking.com and sent a message to the property management for access. no body replied to my message. We arrived to the property and had no access, rang management and they told me that payment through Booking com is not acceptable by them and we have to do bank transfer. I was lucky having card machine with me which allowed me to add new payment details to our company bank account. Then we had to do identify check through the app which didn’t work properly. it took me around two hours to get all completed. additionally I had to pay damage deposit which £30 is not refundable. Next day I had email saying that identity app didn’t earlier properly and I had to do the whole process again. Of course the link and the app didn’t work properly again. it took me another an hour to complete this on another day. I will never book this property again ! It taken over 3h to complete their stupid procedure with booking, payment etc.

No heating thermostat not functioning boiler working but radiators and valves not functioning correctly and had to leave early as did not have any thermal underwear with us settee ends fell off not exactly my interpretation of luxurious?

5/10 minutes from town centre. parking onsite. fully fitted kitchen
