Luxurious 2 Bed Apartment

Nothing. This was a disaster.

As seasoned travellers in the UK, we have always had key codes 24 to 48 hours before due to access the property. This time, the code was provided at 2.10pm when we were due in at 3pm. We received no responses to numerous phone calls. We genuinely thought we had been scammed.

The apartment was so clean and comfortable everything you needed was there. The staff were always happy to help and so friendly and helpful.

Nothing

Comfy beds quality furnishings everything needed for a few days of business trips.

There was nothing not to like

It was a great location, 5 minutes away from my sister house whom I was visiting. Pleasantly surprised as I had read previous reviews and was dreading it. They had fixed most of the issues raised by previous guest. But curtains up, better lights in the bedroom a new couch,but would agree it’s not luxurious. For the price and location you can’t go wrong. It gave my husband, brother, 2 toddlers and I a great stay. I messaged the owner and told me parking was available and how to get keys and when the flat was ready to check in.

The starter button on the cooker wasn’t working so I had to buy matches to cook food. The fire alarm in the living room kept going off on the last day which meant we all didn’t get a good night sleep, which we needed with 2 active toddlers.

The location

Wasn't as advertised broken furniture and needed a coat of paint. The pin provided in the booking didnt qork and we had to ring the vendor who never answered. Only when i got in chat and threatened to report them they then gave the correct pin in chat. There was also another couple in another apartment with the same problem and the same vendor. Terrible experience.
