The rooms were clean

the area was rough.

Complex and apartment are good as is location, very central

On arrival oven was filthy as was toilet bowl, Supplied fans (3) were all very dirty. Washer dryer-dryer function does not work Housekeeper advised owner had been informed of these issues but took no action. After our complaint oven and fans were cleaned and attempt made to clean toilet. Washer dryer drying function still faulty as is dishwasher. Minimal pillows provided and are almost flat giving no support. Double bed is small and not particularly comfortable. Got impression that owner will not spend any money on unit unless guests complain, No cleaning or other products provided. No instruction manuals for appliances. Incorrect advice given re refuse bins, Instructions said reception was manned but in 7 days stay saw no one.

Easy to collect a fob that didn't work.

The photos don't correspond with the apartment decor. I was supposed to pay £100 cash as damage deposit on arrival. However, I had to pay £1 to verify my credit card and the owner did not reply to my emails and phone call prior to, and immediately after, our arrival. I actually received a second demand to pay £1 which I ignored. There was never anyone at reception during our stay. The owner was slow to respond after our arrival regarding my concern at leaving my credit card open to charges without anyone to verify any possible damage. We were able to access the building from the car park on arrival at the same time as residents were entering. Later on, the fob provided didn't work at the car park door. A resident gave me the code or we would have been locked out. The owner eventually told me that he didn't give the code out as others could use it !! No explanation as to how one could access the building with an electronic fob that didn't work and no code for the key-pad. The place was musty and the limited cooking facilities were a filthy oven and and oven tray, a small non-stick saucepan that had all the Teflon worn away and no frying pan. There was no microwave dish either. There were no wine glasses as in the photos. Only two highball and one old-fashioned glass, two cups and two small mugs for a two-bed apartment. One drawer had not been cleaned and had remnants of (?) onion skin. The bed was comfortable but the linen had seen better days. The toilet flushes were very stiff and difficult for an older woman to push in far enough to work. One has to register the car registration on arrival to prevent penalty.As in a previous stay, at a different apartment, the three disabled parking spots are occupied by cards with no blue badge. Why is this never enforced ? We only booked this apartment because Chi-Amore was not available. The difference between the apartments is like chalk and cheese. I could not recommend this place to anyone.

Location

No point in having a dishwasher as not enough things to put in it! 2 glasses, 1 mug, 2 cups. No cloths for the kitchen, no kitchen bin for rubbish. Key fob did not work on back entrance. No lights when we arrived - fortunately it was still light and we found the trip switch. one light in bathroom needed to be replaced, other bathroom lights didn't seem to be working - just flickering. Badly fitted curtains. Only 3 sets of towels - this is a 4 person flat after all

Ideal location, spacious and well decorated flat.

A little bit of DIY would make this flat perfect, or lightbulbs in bathroom, lose kitchen tap etc
