Clean and comfortable. Has all the appliances one might need: iron, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

It’s slightly dark in the unit we had as it has only one window facing the street, but since we basically spent only evenings in the apartment, this was not an issue.

The location is truly excellent; there’s a café and a large supermarket just nearby. You could say it’s right in the heart of the city. Communication with our host was very fast and smooth. He also helped us a lot with finding a parking spot for our car. We really appreciate his support.

Everything was amazing! Just a small friendly suggestion — maybe the kitchen cutlery could be refreshed a bit.

Very close to the city center, coffee shops, old Town and bus station.

The floor was so cold, some slippers are a must.

Nice apartment in very good location. Owners respond quickly to the messages. Bed is comfortable. Kitchenette had all we needed, including tea, coffee, and sugar, but not salt. We left salt for the next guests.

Windows of the bedroom are looking to the steps of the building. The window covers were narrow. When someone was moving on the steps, the lights switch on every time, even at night and the bedroom gets lightened. The amount of hot water is limited. Be careful! I finished once a shower with cold water.

Great location! A very friendly and responsive staff. Clear instructions how to check in. The flat is well-equipped and clean. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bergamo.
