Great location and good value for money. It's a really pleasant and clean studio. The studio had absolutely every item one needs, even umbrellas and raincoats,. There was a TV with YouTube and Netflix.

There was not enough air freshener in the bathroom.

First of all, I want to thank Georgia and Enzo for their availability every time I had questions or concerns. The apartment is a dream, equipped with everything you need, close to the tourist attractions of the city of Bergamo. The check-in process is a little more complex, but nothing complicated, but if help was needed, I got it every time. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, we warmly recommend you and we will come back.

Very clean

Location is excellent. Easy walk to main attractions in lower city, could walk to train station and airport bus drops short walk away. If you like uphill you can walk to upper city as well. (I walked back the downhill route!) I bought travel cards to move around quickly. Place is safe for walking back alone at night. Apartment itself was bright and cheery, clean and comfortable. It looked well equipped in the kitchen but to be honest I only used it for breakfast and one person. Your hosts are lovely people, always willing to help as needed and excellent at communicating. Supermarket, shops and places to eat all in easy walking distance and all main attractions easily accessible by foot or short ride. Don't drive on holiday, so no idea about parking.

I am short so found the clothes hanging space too high to reach and could just reach the coat hooks. I just used the cupboards though. I found it hard to access my vikey link arriving in the dark and getting in in the dark for the different doors as I didn't easily locate light switches and they only stay on a short time. My hosts were kind and talked me through. I was probably panicking as well as arrived later than planned and had a booking to get to within the hour of arriving. It is easy once you've done it though. Bit of a pain getting the keys back in the key safe as needs a knack to fit in so just give yourself extra time. This was all minor though and would not stop me giving the place a high score or coming back.

Location - indeed it is in the center of the city

You need to send the photos of your documents as well as the photo of every person who will accommodate you to third structure before arrival. Sometimes it can be quite noisy during the night due to the heater, which located in the same apartment. It seems that the heater is linked to other connected room(s).

The location was perfect, everything I needed was provided and the hosts were very kind and helpful. I would totally recommend it.
