“SEA HEAVEN “ chalet in Sandown Bay Holiday Park

Location was great. Dog friendly beach on the doorstep.

Personally didn’t get on with the mattress on the bed.

Chalet was lovely. Area is beautiful.

The second bedroom had no towels, it was good that I bought extra towels with me.

Lovely, quiet area and so close to the beach

My kids kept getting stuck in bathroom as a pencil was being used to lock the door as lock was broken. Beds were uncomfortable, washing machien spin made the whole chalet shake even on a low spin. Not much storage space.

What I like the most in our accommodation was the lovely welcome basket from the host, when we arrived the place was really clean, there were complete kitchenware, and the location of the place and it was only 10mins walk from the sea!

What I didn’t like was there were no locks for the doors specially the toilet. The towels was not enough for all of us. There’s no hairdryer, toaster and we cannot connect our hotspot to the TV. But the rest are fine. 👌

The location is central and great green area for kids to play and also just 6mins lovely walk to the beach.

It was quiet, and had parking available.

I would have liked to see more useful items for the kitchen. I would like to have had a couple of extra items, such as a larger frying pan, rather than a wok. Maybe some kitchen foil. Spare black bin liners. Microwaveable pots as nothing available. more cooking spoons. A manual for the oven and clear explanation of the hot water system and shower.

Located close to sandown bay, quiet site. Chalet small but well equipped.
