Lovely chalet on a very convenient site for our needs.

The little biscuits, cream eggs

No towels. I was on a cycling holiday. Clearly stated on booking.com towels provided. They weren't. Poor.

The location is lovely, great space outside the front for kids to play and right near the beach, the size of the chalet was lovely and perfect for family of 4

The cleaners had done a quick job, carper was dirty and there was rubbish and clothes tags in the wardrobe, we had to get rid of the cobwebs. We didn't know about the electric machine in the cupboard and ended up running out of electricity while showering the kids, she had shampoo in her hair waiting cold while we was trying to figure out why there was no power

It was very clean and kept well

The owner welcoming package and the honesty and helping with everything. The Owner Professionalism in that job is Amazing . I loved it.

Just bath towels should be improved.

it’s very close to Yaverland Beach, 5 minutes walk :-) scenic views. location is superb. good for a family of 4 quick access from Fishbourne ferry terminal close to lots of attractions fully fitted kitchen clean easy check in and check out. welcome pack with essentials

can be noisy in the morning because of crows, seagulls and other birds (as soon as the sun comes out) landing on the roof. no wifi but we used hotspot from our phone. instructions regarding what to do with rubbish and recycling would be helpful.

the property was very clean all the equipment was there or even more what we need amazing
