Healthy Flat Bologna - Tower Skyline View

Alessandro communicated throughout our travel into Bologna and checked that we had landed safely. He met us at the flat and went through everything we needed to know. This included the facilities, suggestions for our stay in the city as well as What's App details and links of restaurants and places of interest. His warmth and helpfulness was exceptional. He continued to communicate after we left to ensure we arrived back home safely. Highly recommended.

The 3 flights of steps up to the flat were a challenge but kept us fit! There was some noise at night but the insulated glass did help.

Alessandro is the perfect host, he welcomed us in a very warm way, he helped us with the Laugagge and even let us checked in earlier which was absolutely amazing as we were travelling with a toddler. He also let us stay one h extra overtime and offered us to keep the Laugagge until the time of our departure. Absolutely brilliant. The host is 10/10!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t read in the description that the apartment was located on the top floor without elevator. This was the only minus but it’s only my fault as I didn’t read the description of the flat. But Alessandro was just wonderful so I have no complain and we truly enjoy the stay. One thing that was a bit off is the noise of the students, they are so loud and it get us a while to fell asleep as they were screaming and shouting until late.

This apartment is a real gem in Bologna - it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a lovely view of the street from the bedroom window. Alessandro was an incredible host - there to meet me and help me upstairs with my bag, he also went above & beyond booking me a taxi for when I left, and helping me back down the stairs with my bag.

Perfect host, great lokation, over standard equipment. Healthy because it was 4th floor with no elevator, but house definitely have Genius loci, so dont worry and if you have Healthy lega, just go for it :-)

No parking space (our car had to be 1km away), but it is normal in every historical center

The apartment has a very good vibe, which makes you fells like home. Is very good equiped with everything you might need. The location is close to almost everything, near piazza Duo Torre. It is a place with lots of caffes and street food tavernas, and in order to stay fit, the stairs up to forth floor where the apartment is located, helps you to not feeling guilty for all the good food you've eatten :) For us no problems the stairs but just to have it in mind. The host, Alessandro, was very nice during the entire stay, he helped us with getting around and proposed us some good places to eat or having a coffe. Next time we definetly stay here, again!

Super location, very clean and very comfortable. The host was exceptional. Very helpful and gave us invaluable guidance to this wonderful city.

The stairs are tight and steep, but very manageable provided you have no mobility issues and they did not detract from our enjoyment of this top floor apartment.
