Healthy Flat Bologna - Tower Skyline View

The flat had everything we needed and it was so cosy, I wish we’d had a few more days in Bologna to call this our home. The host was incredibly nice and our communication was good. The flat is close to the main sights, though from the train station we took the bus to get there.

As others have mentioned, it is on a high floor and up some very steep steps. With hand luggage it was doable, but I can’t imagine bringing big luggage up those steps.

The flat is perfectly located, very near to the main square. It is a gem easy to reach from the airport in a great area. The coffee shop at the corner of the street has amazing treats. The stairs are a bit stiff but it helped after late dinners with guilt. The view over the street is great. Spotless clean, all we needed for a family of three was in the flat. Well equipped and comfortable. Alessandro's flexibility and openness, his support and recommendations made our stay unforgettable. I hope in future to come back.

One of the best accomodations I've ever had. You are really like home. A cozy flat in a beautiful street. And there is everything. You cannot think of one thing that is not in that flat. Alessandro is very friendly and helpful I hope to come back soon.

Noise. Of course, you are in the city centre and people are rocking till the morning 🙂. When you close the windows, everything is calm and quiet 🙂. And don't pack heavy suitcase, you have to climb to the 4th floor. But it is not problem, really.

Alessandro is a super host, attentive, responsive and extremely kind. His apartment in the city center was perfect for our family traveling with a toddler. It's nicely furbished, very well maintained and has all necessary amenities for a home away from home feeling, with a pitoresque view of the neighbourhood on top. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a healthy meal and there's also a washing machine that was much appreciated. He provided a cot for our baby, helped with our luggage and gave us all the information to make our stay memorable. Thank you dearly.

The stairs from the third floor to the attic were steeper and narrower than expected, especially as you reach the front door, it's a bit tricky as it opens on the outside, but doable even with a baby in our arms. It wasn't an issue, just a heads up for people with poor mobility. We had to leave our stroller on the ground floor though. Although the sheets and towels were spotless clean (as is the entire flat), they probably didn't dry properly and had a moisty smell. I'm particularly sensitive, otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned it.

We had a very good experience at Healthy Flat Bologna. Alessandro welcomed us and gave us suggestions of things to do in the city, the flat had everything we needed for our short stay.

Wonderful flat, very clean and fully equipped, central location. Alessandro was very friendly and responsive. If I'm staying in Bologna again, this would be my first choice.

Just a note for people with limited mobility, to get to the apartment you have to climb some quite steep stairs.

The localisation! At the heart of Bologna old town. Close to main attractions of Bologna. Oh and the host was very helpful - thank you for marking the main objects on the map!

The appartement is incredible, you feel right at home. It has everything you need until the small details. It is close to everything you want to visit and is located in a nice street. The host Alessandro is very nice and very helpfull.
