L'abitazione è molto accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. Tutti i particolari curati per far sentire subito l'ospite ben accolto. La proprietaria gentile e premurosa ci ha dato le indicazioni utili per spostarci e trovare quanto di interesse. La posizione ottima, lo consiglio vivamente!

Very good place, easy to reach the city center on foot or by bus. Typically Bolognese atmosphere. The owners are amazing. Warm welcome and great attention to detail!

The location was very nice, an easy straight walk to the city center. We found it to completely suit our needs. Also having a parking space really helped since we used Bologna as a home base while traveling to other towns nearby, such as Ravenna, which should not be missed.

Really not too much to dislike. We didn't stay in the apartment all that much but not because we didn't like it there, it's just that there is a lot to see and we were always going out. Can't really speak negatively about our staty.

The location, friendly welcome and homely feel. Car parking was secure and easy to get to on arrival. Flat, covered 17 min walk to Piazza. Near restaurants, supermarket etc

We loved our stay at Mini Chic Downtown. The property is very well located within easy walking distance of the centre of Bologna, it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and was extremely clean and comfortable. Alessandra is absolutely delightful and when she met us to hand over the keys she gave us heaps of useful information about things to see and do. The property is very safe and secure, including the car park space. We would definitely stay here again.

Eigentlich hätte diese Apartment 12 Punkte verdient. Alessandra und Walter sind großartige und herzliche Gastgeber. Walther hat uns bei der Parkplatzeifahrt empfangen und sich dann auch noch die Zeit genommen uns Tipps für Essen und Ausflüge zu geben. Das Apartment liegt am Rande der ZTL und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt - einfach perfekt. Es ist komplett eingerichtet Brioche zum Frühstück, 3 Teesorten und sogar gemahlenen Kaffe und eine Bialetti Kaffemaschine waren vorhanden.

La literie, la pression dans la douche, la situation géographique. Et les bonnes adresses du propriétaire !

Manque de lumière, cuisine mal équipée (pas de micro ondes entre autres). Plafond de la salle de bains trop bas (ne pas faire plus 1m85)

A very clean and well stocked apartment. The location was great for accessing the city centre. The parking was great. We felt super safe as both the parking and the unit were very secure. Also very quiet building. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Bed is a little small for two but there is also a couch/bed that can be used.
