"Schöne zentrale Wohnung mit Parkplatz"

Alessandra und Walter waren tolle Gastgeber. Wir konnten früher einchecken. Es gab viele tolle Tips für Bologna. Alles sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Alessandra war bei einem Problem sofort telefonisch erreichbar. Sogar Croissants waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr zentral und doch ruhig.

Great communication from the hosts. Great aircon. Couch and table and chairs in living area, Separate kitchen. Washing machine. Fabulous location. Very secure apartment and parking for a large car. Great advice from hosts for dining and activities.

Excellent hosts! Alessandra and Walther provided details about the city and suggestions for restaurants. Facility had great security and was in a fabulous location. Everything we needed for an extended stay.

Because of the historic nature of the building the internet was challenging.

"We Loved our whole experience of Bologna."

It is a charming apartment with everything we needed. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of help and information about Bologna. Beds were comfortable. Short walk into the city centre it is in a great location.

"Old World Little Gem- Safe & Secure"

Great location. Old charm. An easy 15 minute walk to the old town . The unit was clean & very comfortable . We felt extremely safe. Bedroom is on a mezzanine so stairs to climb but easy stairs. The hearing was great making it very pleasant. A little hidden gem . Secure parking was excellent. Could park the car & just leave for the duration of our stay. Hosts Walther & Alessandra were excellent & very helpful. Walther recommended an excellent restuarant . Supermarket Pam only a 10 minute walk .
