The location is perfect for traveling to airport, with the buses from/to Firenze, Parma, Venice, with the trains. If you want to visit, this place is a perfect place to stay.

Great location. Good price. Clean n tidy

The lady that was waiting for us at the room when we arrived on behalf of the host was very kind, she didn't speak any English but she was using the google translate app and was able to communicate with us and show us around the room. We didn't meet the main host, but she had texted us all the instructions on how to get to the room, and she was available over what's up. The main host had good english and we didn't have any trouble communicating with them. The building is very close to the central train station, which is very convenient if you need to get from and to the airport. It's also very close to the city center, we only walked around and it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the center. The amenities in the room are more than you can ask for. All in all a great stay :)

Great location for investigating Bologna! It was amazing to have a home away from home while I toured the quad and even ventured off to Florence leaving my stuff safely tucked away in the apartment. The food was too good in the restaurants and cafes so I rarely used the kitchenette but it was nice to have the option.

The host Lloretta contacted me a couple of days before my stay to provide arrival information. My flight to Bologna was delayed so I arrived later than expected but Loretta arranged a later check in for me and was very helpful and understanding. The lovely lady who met me with the keys was really helpful and came back with the air conditioning remote control when I realised it wasn't in the apartment. The apartment is small, but the location is good and the facilities perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Very sweet apartment in a great location. Incredibly comfortable bed. The apartment has all the amenities needed. Loretta is a terrific host. Incredibly helpful, hospitable and supportive and speaks fluent English which was helpful for us.
