La Soffitta

Amazing studio and amazing hosts! Very helpful, thoughtful and caring. This relatively small studio is literally fully equipped, and also very esthetic. We enjoyed the design very much! We were feeling the host's care every single moment. Even two sets of towels, each set of it's color - for each guest! No more trouble to remember which towel is who's, it's so thoughtful of the host! The place is several minutes by foot from the Railway station, about 10 minutes from the Central bus station, very convenient for exploring the region. A big supermarket is situated on the other side of the railway station. The heating was very good, on optimal level.

Great facilities for a few days stay, the kitchen was great to have to save money on dinner every night. location was also very good, about 15-20 minutes walk from piazza maggiore. hosts were responsive and very helpful

the showerhead did not work, only the handheld spray head, so showering was difficult for the days we were there. the entrance is also difficult to find, and the elevator is quite slow but it does the job

It had a well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with washing machine and heated towel rack, very comfortable bed, and fold out dining table and chairs. The property managers Loretta and Susy were both very helpful and kind as well, and were very hospitable -- I have never received such amazing service before.

Loreta was a great host, very good comodation in a few minuts from train station.

The location is perfect, easy to reach. The little apartment is equipped with everything necessary, it is very clean and has a comfy bed. Communication with the owner went well.

The location is not the old part of the town, but close enough to just walk there. The apartment is cosy and well equipped. The host is communicative and helped us with late check-in in the night hours (our plane was late).

The building has slowest elevator in the world and it has broken during our stay. Still, while it worked, it was enough ;)

Very close to central station. Room had everything you could wish for. Very comfortable bed, so a great nights sleep. Suzy was very helpful when she met me on arrival and the owner was just a text message away. Bologna is a beautiful place to visit and I was lucky enough to have the perfect accommodation
