"Amazing Location in the Heart of Bologna"

Francesco was a great host - he was super friendly and gave us a full welcome & tour of the apartment, despite us arriving at such a late hour! The location is fantastic, cannot get anymore central than this, and the street is super colourful. The beds were very comfy and the apartment was very well equipped.

"Traumhafter Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen "roten" Stadt"

Tolles Apartment in perfekter Lage (nahe Busstation). Sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet (sehr gute Küchenausstattung). Einfacher und problemloser Check In. Francesco war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

"basic Apartment mit schöner Lage"

Das Studio-Apartment ist im Küchenbereich mit den Basics ausgestattet: Messer, Töpfe, (Wein-)Gläser etc. Auch Bettwäsche Handtücher, Spülmittel, Salz, Olivenöl waren vorhanden. Ansonsten war es sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir würden aufgrund der Raumaufteilung die Übernachtung nicht für mehr als 2 Personen empfehlen. Die Lage ist top zum Start für den Altstadtbesuch, Essen gehen oder kleine Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarfs. Wlan funktionierte auch einwandfrei, ebenso der check-in und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer.

Kleine Idee: Fliegengitter an Fenstern wegen der Mücken. Am ersten Abend mussten wir einige "jagen". Zudem gehen alle drei Fenster des Erdgeschoß-Apartments in Innenhofbereiche, sodass kein direktes Tageslicht in die Wohnung fällt. Sofa war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr quietschig.

"Tranquilidad en el centro de Bolonia"

Es un apartamento amplio para dos personas, muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila y con todo lo necesario. Aunque es un estudio la zona de dormitorio está separada del salón-cocina por dos cortinas opacas lo que está muy bien. Al estar dentro de la zona ZTL de Bolonia dejamos el coche cerca del hospital policlínico S.Orsola, que está a unos 10'- 12' andando del apartamento. Para nosotros no fue un problema. Todo funcionó perfectamente. La cama es cómoda y el vecindario tranquilo.

Lo que menos me gustó es que, al ser un bajo, hay muy poca luz natural algo que supongo sucede con muchos pisos del casco histórico de Bolonia.
