"My stay was lovely would certainly be staying here again"

The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed. They did give us another parking space

Dead ladybugs in the window and the air conditioner leaked on the carpet. Someone parked in our reserved space

I liked how affordable it was being so close to the dragon con and that all my friends had a bed and the layout was more of like a small apartment rather than one large hotel sized room. Everyone had their privacy.

The A/C did not work well and had to keep the fans running the whole time. Overall you can tell the entire hotel needed lots of upgrades. Noticed a few safety hazards, for instance sheet metal sticking out of the wall going down the emergency stairs. Luckily there did not seem to be any issues with bugs, just things being ignored as far as remodel or getting a handy man out there goes.

Did not enjoy stay here at all

The room was super cold and we were not able to change the temperature at all because it was controlled by the building There wasn’t any staff available and when they were available they were rude

Convenient to the location of our destination. Beds were very comfortable. Access and desk help were amazing. Rates were cheap. Overall great stay.

Not much to complain about. Just was extremely warm entering the apt.

it was clean, the host was amazing. We had a small hiccup of our dryer not working and our host had it fixed the very next day! Beds were comfortable!

did not enjoy the building, parking lot,elevators or stairwell. As there seemed to be a delay with elevators. Stairwell had lots of garbage from other tenants in the building leaving a mess. Parking lot was dirty. Every day there was new garbage left behind or beside our vehicle that we didn’t put there.

"Passable"

The hot water and gas went out so we couldn't cook food or take a hot shower. The place was fine for the price but the pictures are not of the unit we stayed in.
