After a long day of travel issues with Fort Lauderdale airport flooding, I reach Atlanta I get to the apartment about 1045pm. this apartment was not clean AT ALL FLOORS DIRTY WALLS DIRTY bathroom dirty bed linen was not clean I had to wash them. the pictures of this place is just that, a picture :/…. the management of this apartment was not considerate of the cancellation of many flights and she made it clear no refund even though I wasn’t canceling the airport was shut down and not flying out. at the last minute flights resumed and I made it …. not losing out on an additional $320 The apartment had a foul smell and stunk of cigarette, but it says no smoking 🤔 I was tired hungry and frustrated I left to grab something from a near by bar. I had intentions to be out on the town the entire time so I didn’t reach out to the host after speaking with them earlier regarding the possibility of a cancellation. the pictures and the reviews and location is was drew me to book this location. unfortunately in person doesn’t give cozy comfortable stay. I’m sure they have more apartments I just wouldn’t recommend apt 207

it wasn’t really clean

I really like the amenities and the decor, very thoughtfully planned out. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds were super comfortable.

Upon arrival I thought the building looked sketchy. They were renovating the lobby areas. The apartment itself was another story I was pleased. The only issue I had was the heating unit was old and controlled by the building. It was very cold. They did have one heater.

Made major mistake in reservation and unable to get any response from representative. Did not use nights as reserved. Would have been good to have some feedback from rep. To be honest this review is poor as we never saw the unit.
