We were welcomed by extremely friendly and beautiful hostess. As a nice surprise there were some snacks and refreshments for us. Elegant clean apartment on two floors with small garden. No street noise. Possibility to park a car for free in the courtyard. Good pizzeria around the corner. Historic city easily accessible by bus.

The apartment has a lot of space and it's very cozy. The difference between Casa Pepe and its competition can be found in the details, such as the decoration of the house, the towels that have a great feeling and the provision of breakfast. The most important thing though is the assistance that we had from the kind host, when we had a problem with the hot water. She came to the apartment with her husband and fixed the issue immediately. I totally recommend it!

The property was very spacious and most comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. She sent us exact instructions as to where we could park the car, which was right in front of the property in a private space. We definitely recommend Casa Pepe and would stay there again!

Valentina was an excellent host and went to great lenghts to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. She accepted delivery of a parcel ahead of our arrival and even paid the duty. The appartment had everything necessary to ensure a great holiday and was located only a few minutes easy walking from the centre of Bologna, highly recommended.

Valentina is a very worm and kind host. The apartment is very specious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, only 15, 20 minutes walk from the center and the surrounding is quiet. Unfortunately, we only spent one night there, but we will for sure come back!
