Casa Pepe

Casa Pepe was a perfect place to stay. We had everything we needed and so much more thanks to our wonderful host - Valentina. The apartment is cosy, well appointed and very conveniently placed to walk into Bologna.

Nice, pretty, well equipped appartment with perfect location and beautiful environment. Everything which is important within 30 minutes walking distance or 20 minutes with bus (the bus stations also 5 minutes walk). Perfect for longer stay, because you can cook, washing up, wash and dry your close. Valeria is the best host ❤️

The heating system works properly, however it was a little bit cold (especially the floor) and dark in the flat because of the season (middle of March). I guess it is perfect in summer 😊

We had stay here on our first trip to Bologna so it was a given we'd stay here again. Valentina is a great host! Very easy access from Bologna Centrale on the 25 bus. The apartment is cozy and located is a quiet and very safe neighborhood. Downtown, with its markets, restaurants and sights like the San Petronio are also easy to get to by city bus.

Nothing was wrong

Very friendly host, awaiting us at the location. Good equipment in the apartment. Coffee, milk, bottled water, cookies available Host reserved a parking spot for us.

Could have been cleaner overall (e.g. floor, dishes). The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. No ventilation in the bathroom. The apartment was not soundproofed well, we could hear the neighbors.

Modern, clean, very well equipped apartment. The hosts were lovely and were happy to help out without complaint when I couldn't get the washing machine to work.

OK, so I discovered loft apartments aren't for me - if you're shortish and/or limber and careful that won't be a problem, but I'll try to stick to single-level apartments in future :)

Everything was just perfect. Very lovely place, comfortable, good location. Very nice host.

The only thing we didn't like it was that when we were taking shower it was impossible not to splash water on the floor.

Beautiful apartment providing everything you could want. Valentina was a great host, communicated well and made it very easy to check in and out, ensuring we had a parking spot outside the apartment when we arrived.
