How clean the property was and how quick the owners would respond with any concerns

I was booked to a nine floor room. Received an email with confirmation. Upon arrival it took the front desk person and me an hour to locate the host to figure out where is my apartment. Meanwhile, the front desk kept saying I am not on list of the people that rented an apartment. Then no one told me or email me that I needed keys to get into the lobby. After, 3 days of the front desk person opening the door the fourth day the front desk person refused to door the fourth day the front desk person refused to let me in told me I had to stay outside unless someone is on the apartment and can bring the keys. I had to beg him to let me in.

I enjoyed the view. I enjoyed how close it was to many different restaurants. It's a walkable neighborhood. I enjoyed having a guaranteed parking spot.

I have no complaints. This was a nice property. The bathroom is a little dated, but overall a nice quiet property.

The apartment itself was cute and quiet. The building and amenities were the issues.

The property was suffering from a fire damage and we were not informed prior to the arrival. This has been an ongoing process for six months as informed by the front desk. The pool was not well kept or maintained and was full of debris. The access doors from the garage to the main facility was not safe and accessible to anyone off the street…. It smelled of urine and lighting was very dim. Warrants concerns of safety. The lobby elevator was one with a jamming door that had to be tricked to open and the other was just not operable at a point. The display wasn’t visually appealing when approaching the building and the parking lot wasn’t well kept or maintained as it should have been. When entering the facility the door displayed a red sign stating “Not habitable” in reference to the fire burned area and tons of construction /fire tape displayed. The apartment reeked of a very four order during parts of the day from construction and was almost unbearable at certain points. No solutions were given to any of these things and the gym room on the basement level was closed and not operable. All amenities expected to accompany this stay were not in effect yet reflect in the price paid. This stay was over priced for what was provided.

No thermostat , Air conditioning ran costantly.. There was no coaxial cable going to the TV from cab le box, therefore only had local channels. Long black hair on pillow. In the middle of remodeling noisy fans in hallway.

Clean, reasonable rates.

Some work was being done while we stayed. There were air purifiers running, etc.

Where I stayed was great for walking in ...living space was good. The living room was clean like .

Unfortunately, upon booking, I was told there would be two rooms and three beds. I'm not complaining. But that was in the bookings. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. There were stains all open in the shower area, the toilet was crooked, and the bath mat was full of dirt and white stuff. My bed was broken Not sure if I can post a picture.... but it was very scary to sleep thinking you're on the floor with many movements. As well as the bed sheets and pillowcases were disgusting stains and hair everywhere. And no tv in the rooms just the living room. We had to take out our trash. Which is fine, but where we had to take it wasn't.
