Downtown Atlanta Condo! Onsite Parking! LM908

We were close to everything that we were gonna do during our stay.

The location was good and the pricing was ok for the location

I didn’t like the security the attitudes I didn’t like the parking process I don’t like where I had to park it was very scary it says u can pick ur parking but it’s in a basement and it’s dark and scary especially coming in at night or going out early in the morning I didn’t like the fact of no one being able to come see me I drove a long way and my family wanted to visit but they couldn’t come see me due the parking and the rules at the place. I think I’ll rent a house next time It really needs a update the place looks old it would be considered the some hood apartments where I’m from

Perfect location in downtown walking distance to state farm arena.

The heater in the livingroom did not work.

The location was excellent for our needs. Bridge tournament at an adjacent hotel. The condo is spacious it had everything that we needed, but would be nice to have a dishwasher. The view is good= trees changing colors in downtown Atlanta! If it were my condo, I would put up room darkening curtains in the master bedroom similar to the second bedroom. City lights were bright so I had to sleep in the second room. Other residents/guests were very nice. Reception staff helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe in downtown Atlanta. It was quiet enough to sleep well.

No tv without your own Netflix, Prime accounts. Bathroom needs updating including cleaning the spackle/paint off the floor, cleaning or painting the huge medicine cabinet and adding more towel bars. Fridge should be moved over to wall in opposite corner since it does not fit well in current location and a dishwasher should be put where the fridge is currently located. Fridge moves around when opened and if not careful, door does not close all the way. We were told to communicate with the owners via some apps that I do not have and do not want to download. After an eight hour car trip, we were given a bunch of codes to get in, but none of them worked. The receptionist/officer gave us a code that worked then the building key fob was inside the unit so that was fine. Parking reservation made with the company who owned the lot gave us an assigned spot, but someone was in it so had to park elsewhere for $20 to get to our meeting on time. Last day, we got a guest pass since we were not sure if we had a spot for an extra few hours or not since it was unavailable the few hours before check in. Gym was closed for renovations.

TV did not work or its remote did not work.
