Central cosy apartment

Great location, Pam supermarket on the ground floor, and several restaurants nearby. It's a 10-minute walk to the train station, a 10-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, and close to the tourist areas. The atmosphere in the apartment is bright, with light colors, typical shuttered windows, and a washing machine, which is a big plus. The kitchen has almost everything. These are not things I disliked, but rather a few recommendations that could substantially increase tourist comfort. A smart TV should be installed, so you can mirror personal devices and access streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.). Another recommendation, if possible, would be to install a more powerful AC unit. It's true that the days I stayed were during a heatwave, with 36…38 degrees Celsius, and the current unit struggled all day to bring the temperature down to a decent level, which means extra electricity consumption. For example, at home, my AC takes about 10 minutes to bring the temperature down from 30 to 24 degrees. So maybe the current unit needs a check-up to see if there’s enough refrigerant, which could be one of the issues and can be easily fixed.

The location from the train station and to the sights is excellent. The lift worked perfectly Well- equipped kitchen with coffee and a machine. Hooks everywhere. The owner was very quick to respond.

The sofa bed wasn't suitable as a bed.

A very kind host who responds very promptly to any request! The apartment is situated in an excellent location. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely return to this apartment on our next visit to Bologna.

The host was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was compact, clean and comfortable. It was within an easy walk of the city centre with a supermarket and many cafes very close.

The apartment was alright. There were supermarkets directly downstairs and the old city withing walking distance.(10min)

Kitchen was not spotless. Needed to thoroughly wash dishes and cutlery before use. The bathroom needs a little touch up. Especially the shower.... The thing that bothered us the most was that we could hear the neighbours in a way that we have rarely experienced before. You literally could hear everything through the wall. Bring earplugs!

Great location. Close to amenities ..Giovanni was very helpful and friendly.Lovely studio apartment, well equipped and very clean.
