"Good location, easy walking distance to everything"

Handy location from the train station and nice and easy to get around. Good having the washing machine available. Easy access and awesome communication from the hosts during our stay.

"Super convenient place to stay in Bologna~"

The apartment is closed to the train station and also the city centre. Especially you are coming to Bologna for the film festival, all the screening venue are in walking distant. Super convenient. There is a supermarket just to next to the apartment and you can get anything from the supermarket. The host is very nice and he explained everything I need for the stay.

"Small apartment with a great host."

The owner, Giovanni, was very friendly and helpful. He was fantastic. Location just okay, because for us the walk to historic area was very time consuming. The apartment was actually between the train station and the historic area. Another positive was that the apartment was right next door to a nice grocery store. Good restaurants were very close.

The apartment was smaller than we expected and the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on because it tilted towards the floor making it difficult to sit, So we used the kitchen chairs. As mentioned previously, the walk to the historic center was longer than expected.

"We would recommend this apartment."

Comfortable and a good location with a 7/8 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Clean apartment exactly as shown on the photos. The owner Giovanni met us a the entrance and explained everything about the apartment and has a file on places to see/ history. Some lovely restaurants within a short walking distance.

There is some traffic noise early morning but that did not detract from our stay.

"Centrally located apartment with good facilities. Traffic noise may be a problem for some people."

Central location. very responsive host. reasonably comfortable furniture. Good bathroom and hot water in the shower. quite close to the train station

The apartment is on a main road so the windows cannot be open at night. The mattress is reasonable but not overly comfortable.
