Everything was very clean and new. The girl that did welcome us was so polite and nice to us. Breakfast was super nice. Location cannot be better. The bed was super comfy. Totally worth the price, recommend it.

The apartment is small but very nice, cozy and spotless clean. You will find everything you need in it. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker and a microwave. There are also dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards so you can prepare a meal if you want to. You will also find tea, coffee and italian breakfast left in the fringe (toast bread, croissants, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurts, fruit, butter, jam). The location is superb: railway station is right acroass the street. Shop (Coop, Aldi) is 10 min walk. Getting to the centre of old town is also a pleasant 10 min stroll. Katarina, who lives next door, is an amazing, friendly and comunicative host. Please have in mind that the apartment is located in the centre, by the busy street so obviously you can hear a bit of the traffic even when windows are closed. We found this buzz of the city quite calming and we like the sound in general. This B&B is our 100% hit during our next visit to Bologna.
