The location is very good (near the train station), the apartment is spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the host is very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The view is quite nice and the heating works very well.

Amazing communication with the host, reply within a couple of minutes. We agreed on check in after midnight but arrived late (01:30) due to the flight delay. The host was very understanding, we had no trouble finding the apartment and getting in. It’s located next to the train station but if you take a night shuttle from the airport you need to walk to the other side of the central station crossing the bridge since inside the station is closed during the night, takes around 15 min. By foot it takes about 20 minutes to Piazza Maggiore- it’s a nice walk around in the typical streets of Bologna. The room looks like as it’s shown on the pictures (decent size bedroom with kitchen, suitable for 2), it was clean with clean sheets and towels. It’s located on a busy street so I recommend closing the windows overnight if you don’t wish to be woken up by the city rush. We only had an overnight stay so it wasn’t a problem. As a breakfast there was a toast bread, small store packed croissants and prosciutto ham, bananas,yogurts, jam, butter, Nespresso capsule coffee and tea, cold water in the fridge.

Excellent location for the train station and also close to the old city center. Spotlessly clean studio apartment with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Easy and friendly check in. Quiet building and with windows closed the street noise was reduced to very little and you can have a good sleep. Excellent bed and modern kitchen and bathroom.

Check out time is a little bit early.

The apartment was like 50 meters from the central station. I checked in my luggage at the station and took a walk for like 10-15 minuters to Piazza Maggiore.

Location is perfect if you plan to use the train often. Place was clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was also more than sufficient. Excellent.
