The location is central and the price looks to be good for the region but it comes with tradeoffs. Paid parking a few feet away from the location. For the city tax you get a free pass for transportation that includes the cable car which is excellent. The host is very helpful and kind.

Looks like there was a series of garages that was retrofitted into a Guest House Air conditioning is only in one room and can't cool the other room. The Wifi is poor and you can watch a movie only near the repeater. Old TVs (no Netflix). One bed is ok however the couch is not comfortable

Hans-Peter, the host is super friendly and forthcoming. The accommodation was super clean and had all the amenities listed. Particularly the washing machine was handy. The big plus of this accommodation is that it is within walking distance of countless restaurants and the historical old town. A car park is also a plus in this crammed part of town.

As much as we liked the overall experience, there were a few points that didn't make it a 10/10. First, the kitchen is tiny and only really equipped for making breakfast or very simple meals. Second, the beds are really hard and creak slightly. Third, the shower is equally tiny and there is no soap holder or place where to put your care products in the shower. Fourth, the place is slightly damp so you have to run the air con a lot and at night this means cold air blowing directly on you. Overall we were happy with the accommodation, the price to value was also okay for the region and time of year.

Very pleasant and quiet place in a great location — just a 10-minute walk to the old town. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials. It was a lovely touch that the host provided Südtirol Passes, which we used to travel around the city and nearby areas. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!
