Hans Peter met us on arrival and was available for questions during our stay. He was very helpful. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and in a great location. It exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend.

I cannot think of anything that could have made our stay better. Highly recommended.

Ground floor flat with efficient small kitchen. Comfy bed and handy sofa bed.

Lovely well equipped apartment just a short walk from the old town. Great communication from the host and he provided a video to help us find the place which was really helpful. The apartment is small but has everything you could need. There was a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, plenty of cleaning products and also basics such as salt, oil and pepper provided.

We like everything. Hans Peter is nice person. He greet us when we're coming. Also he will come in minute if we have question or trouble with the appliances at his house. Actually is walkable from Bolzano train station if you didnot bring alot of luggage. Maybe around 20 minutes passing the old town. Also can easily reach by bus no 15 from central station. Room is accomodate with small kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine which is plus point. Also provide high chair and cot too for my 2 years old child. And he also give us Bolzano card that can be use for public transport around Sudtirol. Very easy & safe our money for public transport! Thank you!

We stayed in two of the properties managed by the very helpful Hans-Peter and both were very good. One is a large room with a bed, sofa and kitchen (and shower room, of course). The other is larger and has a separate bedroom and living room. Both were well equipped and had a washing machine. Both were also clean, well presented and extremely quiet. The Bolzano Card we were given saved us a lot of money as it gave us free access to the local museums, cable cars, buses and trains - we travelled all the way to Vipiteno on the train using the card, which is about an hour away.

The view from the apartments was pretty uninspiring - blocks of flats - and it was about a 15 minute walk into town, but neither bothered us.

It was clean had a nice kitchen with all cooking supplies. The bed was comfortable. Had a Washing machine.

It was a little walk to downtown 10 mins but not bad.

Peter was extremely nice and helpful. The room is pleasant, washing machine is a plus.

Great apartment! It's very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and everything for cooking in the kitchen. There is also a washing machine, iron, dishwasher and possibility to park a car that is really handy. Peter is very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The location is not in the city center but just a short walking distance, around 10-15 minutes. Highly recommended!
