Amplasarea foarte bună, aproape de obiectivele turistice. Un mare plus apropierea de o statie de transport in comun! Apartamentul este spațios, dar nepractic. Păcat că nu are o mai bună întreținere!

Livingul necesită renovări serioase, bucătăria nu te îmbia sa mergi la masă , iar mirosul de canalizare / igrasie este destul de puternic. Am stat cu ușa închisă la living, deci am folosit doar partea cu holul și dormitor+ baia mare!! Sunt probleme și cu căldura, mai ales pe timpul nopții!!
