Na Booking.com bol check in od 14:00, nám ale prišla po potvrdení rezervácie info o check in od 15:00.

Location, size of the apartment and parking

If we had wanted a sauna, we would have booked one! The apartment was boiling hot as we arrived - 28 degrees! Having spent an hour trying to work out how the air conditioning worked, because on the facilities' descriptions as we booked it clearly stated 'air conditioning', and having called the host several times with no answer, we were finally informed that there is NO air conditioning in the Gentlemen apartment!! No alternative accommodation, discount or refund was offered. Very disappointing, especially with customer service! All information about the area, things to do, etc are solely in Slovacchia language in the folder left by the host for guests. No information is provided in English for foreigners. The towels were prison issued - in other words, did not dry any water, were thin and consumed. Overall not recommended and we would not stay again.

Apartmán bol čistý, voňavý, moderne a vkusne zariadený. Oceňujem výbornú komunikáciu. Potešili nás drobnosti, ktoré vytvárajú skvelý prvý dojem a ukazujú, že sa tu myslí na každý detail. Určite odporúčam a radi sa vrátime.
