Excellent location

I booked for a whole week, paying in advance. The studio is quite small and also not well shaped, so can't use the space. It had cheap folding chairs which were very uncomfortabe. My requests to provide one comfortable chair were dismissed. No comfortable seat to sit, read, eat, write, etc. There were other several frustrating problems too. Stock messages from staff beginning with a sorry but no action. OK, but not great experience.

I really loved the location and cleanliness from the appartment. It has everything needed to enjoy the days in Bologna.

I hated the check-in process. I don't like to send/upload my documentation online and I had to send a copy of everything. Also the company that manage the appartment was really noisy during the whole experience.

"Ideal cerca de todo la estación de tren a 20 min caminando con las calles de bologna realmente no es un problema"

Locația este foarte centrală, aproape de toate atracțiile turistice,din păcate datorita lucrărilor din centru accesul cu auto a fost îngreunat. Apartamentul este bine împărțit ,luminos , călduros (uneori prea calduros ) , dotat cu toate utilitățile necesare.

Ne ar fi plăcut sa putem lăsa bagajele undeva in locație, având in vedere ca am ajuns la ora 8 și a trebuit sa așteptam ora 15 sa putem face check in. Am încercat sa comunicam acest lucru cu agenția,dar răspunsul a venit târziu, ne au contactat 3 persoane diferite lucru care a fost puțin confuz

The bed is very hard. This was my main discomfort. It’s vital that a rental room has a comfortable bed.
