Location and layout of the apartment but not much else

Had issues with the large window not closing and it wasn’t rectified during our stay. The bed was very uncomfortable being two singles pushed together and a hard mattress. There was a broken chair in the room. The shower leaked badly onto the bathroom floor and into the living area due to the seal needing replacement. We were asked to dispose of our rubbish before we left but we’re not left with the tag to do this. They then asked us to dispose of the rubbish in street bins as we were leaving and juggling suitcases at the same time. I refused to do this and told them to get the cleaner to dispose of it. I feel that the gentleman who met us at the apartment when we arrived should have made sure we had everything we needed to abide by the rules. It seemed he couldn’t get away from us quick enough. The noise from a business outside at 11pm rolling trollies back and forth for nearly an hour was not acceptable. In the house rules they ask you not to make noise after 10pm. Wonder why this doesn’t apply to others? When we arrived and did some washing, there was only one peg available to use. Whilst this was rectified quickly, surely there must be an audit process in place to make sure that items are available.

The location is excellent. 15 minute walk from the train station, very close to Piazza Maggiore. Abundant restaurant choices and shopping nearby.

The showers leaked from bottom as others have mentioned. Put a large towel at the bottom before stepping in and problem averted.

The location was absolutely perfect!! It was so safe and convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We are more than happy.

The lock on the apartment door was a bit tricky but once you got it all good.

The facilities were very clean, and the apartment was spotless. It was a short walk to the city centre and was close to restaurants and attractions.

The introduction to staff and check-in was very rushed and brief, giving you no time to remember the key system or how to access the apartment. It would have been nice to see some basic amenities like laundry liquid or tea bags.

Excellent position for both exploring the city and transport links to other cities Spacious and clean with everything needed. Only possible downside was that the bed was extremely hard, but that is personal preference Communication before the visit was excellent and much appreciated

they only give you two rolls of toilet paper no matter how long you are staying for or how many people are staying with you. There are no blinds and you can’t control the temperature of the room.
