"We would stay here again"

Location was excellent. Small side street with very nice osteria down the street. About a 15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore.

Air conditioner never did put out any air. Never heard it run one time

"Nice view and nice residence."

The apartment was very cosy and close to the city centre. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very convenient self check-in since we arrived late at night. The apartment was on the 3rd floor, but this did not bother us. The view was magnificent. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we were comfortable there. The washing machine was a plus (maybe instructions on how to use it would be very helpful). Would recommend this resistance if staying in Bologna for sure.

We asked the owner of we can have a later check-out but he did not reply to this request. A simple yes or no would have been appreciated. This is the only time he did not reply to my message. Other than that no problem.
