We really liked the views from the apartment and the apartment itself was gorgeous and well equipped. The beds were really comfortable, and it was a very quiet area despite being near the main hospital - we didn't hear sirens! We would recommend this apartment.

We had some problems accessing the building when we got home on the first night as it hadn't been explained to us that we needed a different set of keys to those in the lock box. Communication with the host was good otherwise, but they didn't explain this quirk and luckily another resident buzzed the front door for us. It is also on the third floor with no lift, which while it guaranteed amazing views, did mean carrying a lot of luggage up a lot of stairs. If you only have a couple of bags it would be fine, but as we had two little kids, it was quite tiring.

"Lovely gem with a rustic character"

Everything was perfect! The appartment is comfortable, cosy with a lovely rustic character and a great city view. The communication with the owner was perfect, he was so helpful and understanding. After browsing the city (first time in Bologna) we realised it's in probably the best area of the historical center to stay at. We'll be happy to stay there again!

"Amazing location and beautiful home."

The location is in a quiet neighborhood near the city center. The party streets are nearby but not so close you can hear the noise. Everything was clean and functioned. The bath is amazing!

The cleaning staff caused us to have a later check in than our initial time and came before our check out time.

"Good apartment near of the city center"

It’s a big and spacious apartment, equipped with everything you can imagine and really cute.

It was a little bit cold, but we had blankets and everything else was perfect! Good location but you have to walk like 15 minutes to the city center

"Too cold"

The house was cute,comfortable and nice decorated.fully equipped.nice view of bologna.

The house was very cold especially at nights and there were not any extra blankets. A bad smell in the entrance of apartment.
