USUSUSGreat value for the area and what hotels were charging in the area for the same nights. One specific staff member of the building was also phenomenal. In downtown so only a 10-20 minute walk from downtown areas.
A different staff member (not the one named above) was extremely rude to where multiple other staff members had to apologize. The vending machines were not stocked well with little to no variety. The view in the pictures was not the view from the room. There was no control over the temperature of the unit. The door code wasn’t given to us in a timely manner and multiple phone calls had to be made to get the code even after paying extra for early check-in, and once we got in we had to search all over for the key because no one told us where to find the key (hidden in a box in the tv stand). The amount of clearly under the influence people flung around the entrances of the property (very unsafe feeling coming back at night). Big bath tub that can’t be used because of no stopper for filling water.
