Bad experience. When I got there to check in the concierge told me I didn't have a reservation and notified me that everyone that reserves a room always has the same complications with booking because the people never send in the information on time. I had to wait two hours for them to send the reservation and then the room was even clean, which is ridiculous because they charge a cleaning fee in the total cost for the apartment.

Dirty floors, the 2nd bed that was advertised was completely missing, the fire alarm was covered in plastic, when i complained of the missing bed they tried 2-3 different ways of claiming it was in there and THEN said maintenance had removed it due to damage from a previous stay. I had to pester them into ordering an air mattress. The AC wasn't working and we were expected to survive on fans in the late may early June Atlanta heat. All they would offer is a single nights stay credit. We also found a roach while we were there!
