Not well kept up, toilet did not always flush, needs some TLC, the thinnest blanket/comforter on the bed, overall cheaply put together it seemed

Never took the stay.. We were strongly frustrated by the parking. Honestly, who would suggest that someone park their vehicle in an open space, down an alley. The homeless population surrounding the property was a real safety concern. I could not imagine leaving my car after seeing the conditions of the area. I have a meeting scheduled for January and was actually scouting spaces for 17 guests. I'm thankful I came first and did not have to subject them to such uncomfortable conditions. We've found a more suitable(safer) accommodation..
