Location was about a fifteen walk to the main square. It was very large and gave you plenty of room. Multiple restaurants that were a two walk from the location We had the second floor unit that faced a peaceful backyard and was very quiet during the weekend. Nik was a wonderful host who took the time to give us the lay of the land and was always available to answer any questions.

I would have preferred to have a pod coffee maker. Making coffee on the stove is fine but requires more time for preparation and cleanup.

The host’s welcome was very good and his communication prior to our arrival was clear and helpful. He spent time with us and provided a map and tips for eating. We felt that if there were any issues, he was approachable. He lived in the same building so that helped.

If you decide to book this apartment, we would recommend you take ear plugs. There is a bar not far away and the noise was bad until about 4am.

Location was perfect lots of lovely restaurants within 2 minutes walk from apartment and only a 10min walk to the centre of Bologna Nik was so helpful friendly and always on hand if needed. one of the best hosts of an apartment ive stayed in. Apartment was clean and comfortable
