Those who are sensitive to noise at night should avoid, the street outside the window is very busy during weekend nights.

We liked everything

our train was late so had to wait to get the keys. that was the only issue

getting physical keys versus virtual entry.

The downstairs appartement is very tastefully furnished. In a hot summer it remains always nice an cool. The location is excellent to visit of the cinemas during the festival cinema ritrovato.

The downstairs appartemen has absolutely no veiw. We expected this. It is o.k. in summer, if you are out a lot. It could be depressing in bad weather.

The apartment is a perfect choice for a brief stay in Bologna. The host was really helpful with us, available at our arrival from the airport and even booked taxis from the apartment to the Bologna Fiere and restaurants for dinner. We stayed at two bedroom apartment, even though the old fashioned decoration, beds were very comfortable and we had all we need for a quick breakfast and shower (towels, toiletries and hair dyer). Location was good, only (10 minutes walking to the city center and with a near bus stop. The area is surrounded by restaurants and shops. We look forward to coming back next year!

Nik is an excellent host! He provided us all the useful information about the city! The apartment is very comfortable and very clean, situated to the centre of Bologna close to everything. Nik thank you for everything!!

House is in a perfect location, in an alley next to the main street which takes you to the beautiful medieval/ renaissance center and also next to the street where you can find cafés bars and restaurants that highlight the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Highly recommended for those who want to discover the real Bologna.

noise from the street which was not so loud but you can still hear it.

The flat is really close to the inner city it´s a 15 Min. walk to the two towers. It´s in the student´s quarter and you got two supermarkets nearby. Nik is a really nice guy. He wasn´t there when we arrived but his father gave us the keys and showed us the flat as Nik told us before.

Sometimes at night it can be a little bit loud on the street.
