Good communication with the host

The apartment is located in very old building. Corridors and lifts looked terrible. Additional Air conditioning was very loud. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

How clean and organized everything was. Made it easier to come in and settle down especially after a really long flight.

Nothing at all. Covering up the window would have been nicer though.

Ken was an excellent host! The security was great! The unit was clean. Our stay was lovely!

Nice place, well equipped and so close to Marta and downtown attractions. Ken was super host, very attentive and helpful, answering all our questions.

The 10:00 am check-out when your plane departs at 4:30 pm 🤣

1) The room was very neat. All the needed stuff was very well arranged. We didn't feel like lacking anything. 2) The in-unit laundry was nice. 3) The location is very reachable to many restaurants and POIs 4) Ken was a great host.

1) I chose this 8th floor room as I wanted a good view from there. But the window glasses are so stained that it spoiled the entire view, which otherwise would have been beautiful. 2) Whenever the AC was turned on, we got a marijuana smell. This was nauseating. Also the AC is pretty loud. 3) The window blinds in the living room don't close fully. So lacked privacy there.

The location was perfect. I was 5 minutes away from the Georgia World Congress Center and 5 minutes away from family who also came for the event.
