Convenient location. Parking was great.

Ken was a wonderful host, the home was clean in a great location and perfect for our stay! Ken was amazing he checked up on us to see if we needed anything and even allowed us to check in early!! We will definitely be back to stay here again.

The pool was closed due to chemical treatment but we found other things to do instead It was still a great stay and we will definitely be back again

I loved how convenient the location was. I was attending a festival in Central Park and it was less than a ten minute walk. The appliances were very nice, new, and clean. Perfect place to stay if visiting Atlanta.

Only small thing was the shower water temperature would fluctuate sometimes but I think that might be the buildings fault. Even then, the shower pressure was great so not that big of a deal.

The location worked for our purpose

The property is not up-to-date as photos suggest; there was a portable cooling device. There were not even any curtains and the blinds needed to be replaced. There is no vanity. The tv remote and the fan over the bed did not work so we had to manually control the tv. The check-in process was a bit much, quite extensive w/others complaining on the site. The host was not nice nor professional towards the end of the stay and did not handle constructive criticism well; always had an explanation just as for other reviews here. We were asked to discard our trash upon leaving…what?? One would think with a late checkin time and a rather early checkout time, that the cleaning service staff had ample time to take care of their duties.

Easy communication with the property owner. Full equipped kitchen, very clean. Super TV and entertainment.

There was a low frequent sound on the other side of the wall behind the bed which was a bit disturbing during night. The sound wasn't permanently only from time to time.
