The place is lovely and perfect for a trip with friends. Instructions for checking in and accessing parking are very clear and easy to understand, and communication with the hosts was great! I loved the interior design and decor, overall a great vibe. Lovely view of the mountains from the living room sliding door. The hot tub access was great too! It is also very close to the bus stop to Banff which was very convenient. I would definitely come back here!

The doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms are a little stiff and noisy when opening/closing. It's not a huge deal but it did wake me up every morning since I was sleeping on the sofabed 😅 The shower in the master bedroom was a little tricky, we couldn't change the temperature so it was too hot to shower in. I felt that the shower could have been a bit cleaner too.

It was very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to and the location was great. We loved the pool as well💛

The air conditioning for the building was down, but that was no ones fault. We really appreciated the fans - so thanks for bring them in! It would be great to have a blender in the kitchen or even a handheld one so we could make smoothies for breakfast. That was the only thing we missed, but not that big of a deal.
