convenience of having kitchen items. the fire, view, easy walk to town

the space age shower...looked intriguing but was not easy to operate. not a huge problem in the sense we figured out how to have an average shower

We loved how close to the pool the location was. The view was amazing, we LOVED having a dryer, and everything else inclused like the highchair and crib were such a bonus. The park pass was a pleasant suprise as well. Such a lovely addition to our stay. Our boys had a blast. We had such a wonderful trip and can't wait to come back!

"Perfect for a short family getaway"

This property was as described, very clean, and in a great location. The pool/slide was a huge bonus for our kids. Communication with the owners was great as well. We would return!

"Disappointed and would not return"

Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, tea, coffee

Water in the shower in the master bathroom was too hot to use (this has been reported by others for over a year). Second bathroom shower didn't work well. Fireplace pilot light would not ignite. The unit advertised as being spacious but if more than 2 people were there is would be cramped. We got a Banff park pass prior to arrival as we did not know there was one available for use.

"Dirty, disgusting accomodation and then charged $155 cleaning fee after having to stay up until 1 in the morning washing"

The location

The property was dirty. The bedsheets had been slept in and there was dry skin and pubic hair on the sheets. When I tried to wash the sheets I then had to clean the washing machine as it was filthy. The showers were also disgusting. I’ve never had an experience like it. The fact that they took a $500 deposit for one nights stay and it took chasing to get it refunded was ridiculous.

"Disappointing"

Inside the room is satisfy if we can get a smooth communication i will get an better rate

Very difficult to find this location and very poor communication , we arr late at night and very cold keep asking the direction from the property and waiting outside around the property one hour
