Clean, nice apartment.

Apartment building and area were very busy. Cleaning fees very high so that total cost was significantly higher than nightly rate.

The pictures were good, in real life it was bad.

Everything from check in until a month after the trip was bad, they still have not returned my damage deposit citing damages. The key pad for the door does not work, the front desk is useless for any issues you have while on the property and the customer service line for their property management company is outsourced (cannot understand what they’re saying) and also useless for any issues that come up. They keep telling me “thank you for your patience while we finalize the issue.” It’s been a month and will not give me a list or cost of damages. They have stolen $500 from me without any proof of why…. unless you want to pay an extra $500 for your stay at this very average place I would recommend you avoid this property.
