Mountain Haven Retreat, Pool & Hot Tub, UG Parking, Fitness Centre, WiFi!

Good water pressure and comfortable beds. Good location. Nice to have the corner place with close parking lot right near to our screen door which was way more convenient than the complicated step by step instructions to the underground parking.

Baseboards were pretty dirty in main bathroom, construction/renovations happening in the hall and our complex door which was a little chaotic - maybe it should not have been rented at this time considering this or having a lower price range with earlier communication that this was happening. Constant emails from managing company to verify when I was already verified so for me there was way too much time needed on communication.

Renos are annoying

No warning that we had to leave our room for hallway tile construction from 9-5. That was an inconvenience. A bit of Construction we did know off before , but this without warning , was a complete surprise. 😳. We were told by someone knocking on the door at 8.50 asking when we were leaving our room. They told us that the owners should have told us.

Central location, accessible to restaurants, public transportation to Banff/Lake Louise and few minutes walk to downtown canmore shopping and grocery stores. Property was quet with pool, gym.

No concerns

This place was absolutely perfect. It is so warm and cozy, felt like home. We just loved the whole place. The mountain view right in front of you, just breathtaking. I came out to visit my daughter and we had such a wonderful relaxing time. Only stayed 1 night, but would definitely book again or suggest to anyone going to Canmore.
