Great location and excellent facilities

The check out time is the only disadvantage. 10am is much too early.

Lovely bright, clean & comfy well proportioned apartment in central location

There were no mirrors in the bedrooms and the mirror in the lounge was too high if you weren't 6 foot tall. There was no information on kitchen appliances

Location was close to city centre. Rooms were good size with good facilities

Didn’t realise it was so close to train station, very noisy and had to keep doors and windows closed

The space and the size of the apartment. Comfy with clean bathrooms.

Just one room key. A fob key to open all the doors would’ve been ideal.

Chris' instructions & information were clear and ample. Access into the apartment block & to the apartment itself felt safe and secure. The apartment was very well located, close to Cardiff Queen Street Station (yet surprisingly quiet) & 15-20 mins walk from Cardiff Central Rail Station. A Sainsburys, M&S food hall and Cardiff's covered food market with its excellent butchers, AS Griffiths, fruit/veg stall, etc were all within a 5 or 10 minutes' walk as were plenty of the excellent bars and restaurants that we know & frequent when we are in Cardiff. In addition, the apartment was well-equipped, with plenty of crockery, glassware (including wine glasses, champagne flutes, tumblers), cutlery, cooks knives, De Longhi dolce gusto pod coffee machine, good selection of cooking accessories e.g roasting dishes, saucepans, frying pans, etc. Lastly, the apartment was really clean and comfortable - plenty of seating, several towels per bedroom, hanging space, nice decor.

There were only a couple of things which would have made the stay even better - (1) provision of some oven gloves; (2) a fully functioning cooker hood, as the one there didn't appear to work but we opened windows to get rid of cooking smells; & (3) a towel rail in the larger double bedroom's en suite bathroom.

Location was great

No hot water not enough space and seating at the apartment for 7 people. Beds not comfy not enough clean towels. I asked for late check out and we were advised could check out at 11 but cleaners were standing outside the apartment at 9.45. Didn’t feel the apartment was equipped for 7 people chairs bedding and towels.

The location, the apartment had every facility needed and the owners were very quick to respond and support with any issues.

There was nothing at all to dislike
